Our Culture

We are a partnership business – in every sense

We are partner-owned and managed, and pride ourselves on building lasting and successful partnerships with our clients. Central to our approach and success is a collaborative culture that brings together a dynamic collective of people with expertise in a range of disciplines. Our highly agile, ‘One Team’ approach enables us to always seamlessly bring together the right teams to deliver for our clients, all without the bureaucracy and friction all too common in some larger, conglomerate competitors.

Culture that gets results

We approach our work and clients’ needs with the utmost seriousness, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously! We seek to build a workplace that is caring, inclusive, collaborative, approachable, straightforward, and fun. We produce first-class work but enjoy ourselves while doing so. This culture gets results. We calmly untangle difficult issues, guided by the belief that any consultancy worth its salt is here to tackle hard questions, not easy ones.

Our commitments

Our goal is to be an agency where everyone feels they truly belong, where differences are valued, and where our individual and collective talents, backgrounds and abilities are celebrated. Not only is this fundamental to achieving a truly inclusive culture, it’s essential to us sustaining a balance of voices, thoughts and ideas to produce the most compelling work for our clients.

Enabling our people to flourish through continuous development is critical at Hudson Sandler. We ensure everyone has dedicated time to focus on their career growth. This includes a combination of continuous feedback, coaching and mentorship, as well as the opportunity to get involved in interesting projects and structured training.

We’re very passionate about our impact and supporting our local community. In 2023 we commenced our partnership with the YMCA London City and North. Through each employee’s four fully paid annual volunteering days, our team can get involved in numerous volunteering and fundraising activities, all of which support the young people who call our community home.

For me, diversity of experience is important. Hudson Sandler’s breadth of clientele provides that diversity whilst our culture of providing opportunity and empowerment ensures that our colleagues at every level can deliver work that is meaningful, value add and makes a difference to the organisations that we work with.
