Hudson Sandler appointed by Hestia Hospitality to build its corporate profile as it aims to build £100m revenue premium hospitality group

Hudson Sandler, one of London’s leading independent strategic communications agencies, is pleased to announce it has been appointed by Hestia Hospitality, a new acquisition and investment vehicle focused on premium dining and hospitality businesses.

Led by Andrew Fishwick, who has a wealth of experience leading businesses including hospitality and arts organisations – Hestia is on a mission to become the UK’s leading hospitality group focused on premium and high-end propositions, targeting annual revenues of more than £100m within three years. To date, the Group has made three acquisitions including the sustainable restaurant brand Native by Ivan Tisdall-Downes and Imogen Davies.

It has since raised £50m from private investors, including Justin King CBE who acts as an Adviser to Hestia, to target acquisitions and consolidation opportunities in the UK hospitality sector, with a focus on premium and high-end experiences.

After a highly successful media launch over Easter, Hudson Sandler will work with Andrew Fishwick to execute an integrated corporate communications strategy that positions Hestia at the forefront of the UK’s hospitality industry. The team is led by Partner Alex Brennan and Client Director Andrew Richards.

The appointment is another addition to Hudson Sandler’s growing Consumer Industries practice, which supports some of the UK’s most exciting hospitality, leisure, retail, and e-commerce brands. In recent months, Hudson Sandler has been appointed by premium homeware and handcrafted furniture brand The Cotswold Company, global bubble tea leader Gong cha, and Village Hotel Club – the 33-site hotel brand. This builds on its long-term relationships with other brands in consumer industries including Alibaba, 888 Holdings (which also owns the William Hill brand), Greggs, PPHE, and Nichols (owner of Vimto).
